Fidan met with the head of European diplomacy Borrell

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrell within the framework of the 162nd Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Arab League in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
