Turkiye will not abandon ties with the east

"Although Ankara is turning to the West, it will not stop deepening relations with the East, including the BRICS group of countries and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated this.

'Of course, we are turning to the West, but this does not mean that we will turn away from the East, ignore it, or stop improving our relations with the East,' said the head of state."
