Axar.az reports that , citing Reuters, the two-month ceasefire would allow for the complete implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, adopted in 2006 to ensure that southern Lebanon remains free of weapons not held by the Lebanese state.

It should be noted that according to Axios Hochstein and U.S. presidential adviser Brett McGurk are set to arrive in Israel on Thursday to finalize the deal regarding Lebanon.
