Ronen Krausz, director of the Eurasian department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, became the new ambassador of this country to Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the government of Israel has unanimously approved 12 candidates for the position of new ambassadors and consuls of the Jewish state abroad. The candidates were recommended by the committee on the appointment of heads of foreign missions and presented by the head of the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Gideon Sa'ar.
