Today in Baku, I read the results of the court session regarding the bandits and witnessed significant changes. Azerbaijan has reclassified the case and now evaluates it as "Crimes committed by Armenia on Azerbaijan's territory," while the defendants are merely participants in various episodes of this broader case.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Armenian blogger Ishkhan Verdyan.

He pointed out that Baku's move is a challenge to both Armenia and Prime Minister Pashinyan:

"At the moment, it’s not receiving much attention, but soon this issue will surface and could lead to great turmoil in Armenia."

In this situation, the only way out for Yerevan, according to Verdyan, is to cooperate fully if the investigation in Baku is conducted under international law. Furthermore, Yerevan could join the prosecution, present evidence against Kocharyan, Sargsyan, and others, and even extradite them to Azerbaijan.
