The Armenian government, which has consistently stated that the "corridor logic" has never been discussed in the process of reopening communications with Azerbaijan, has now brought up the issue of granting "unimpeded passage" to Azerbaijan.
Axar.az informs that this was reported by Armenia’s Hraparak publication.
The article referenced a recent statement made by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan. Simonyan had stated that Armenia is ready to ensure the "rapid transit of sealed cargo via railway without inspections" for Azerbaijan. According to him, this approach could later be considered for trucks and passengers as well.
The article also noted that this proposal essentially aligns with the "corridor logic," even though the Armenian government avoids using the term "corridor."
