Pashinyan noted that the new constitution he proposed is not being created at the request of Azerbaijan but will also have "regional significance."

"The theory I proposed on the new constitution was widely discussed, it was presented as a fulfillment of the demand put forward by Azerbaijan. In fact, in the conditions of the ideology of ‘Real Armenia,’ it has a completely different meaning—although in these conditions it is impossible to deny that the text that may be will also have regional significance; in any case, this applies to all constitutions," said the Armenian PM.
