Ukraine-Russia peace talks can Only begin after ceasefire

Differences between Ukraine and Russia, as well as what will happen after the war, can only be discussed after a complete ceasefire.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by U.S. State Department Spokesperson, Tammi Bruce.

"Now, the parties are closer to peace than before," Bruce said.

According to her, the only process that will lead to the end of the war between Ukraine and Russia is the ongoing talks in Saudi Arabia with the participation of the United States.
