Azerbaijan’s Embassy in Syria is organizing an Iftar meal for orphaned children in the country.

Axar.az reports that with the participation of Azerbaijan’s Charge d'Affaires in Damascus, Elnur Shahhuseynov, Iftar meals have been set up for 500 children in the Mezzeh neighborhood of the capital.

According to the report, the program, which will last for three days, will provide Iftar to a total of 3,000 orphaned children.
