Armenian FM proposes agreement talks

We can immediately begin consultations to determine the place, time, and exact date of signing the agreement with Baku.

Axar.az reports that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said this.

“This could be the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, or any third country that is suitable for both Yerevan and Baku. All of this could be a subject of discussion,” the minister noted.
