Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit Baku in early May to meet Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az, citing Times of Israel, reports that they will discuss Azerbaijan-mediated talks between Turkiye and Israel over Syria, Azerbaijan’s potential inclusion in the Abraham Accords, and strengthening bilateral and trilateral ties with the U.S.

Earlier, Aliyev also met with Turkish and Syrian leaders, and U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff visited Baku in March.
