Russia is still waiting for Ukraine to engage in direct peace negotiations, according to Russian news agencies.

Axar.az, citing JP, reports that the Kremlin said on Tuesday that President Vladimir Putin has made several proposals, but Kyiv has yet to respond.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also noted that Russia cannot agree to President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s proposed 30-day ceasefire until all "nuances" are addressed.
