Istanbul agreement leads to new POW exchange

Today, based on the agreement reached in Istanbul, another group of Russian soldiers has been returned. In exchange, prisoners of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were handed over.

Axar.az reports that this information was provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

It was noted that the Russian soldiers are currently in Belarus and are receiving medical and psychological assistance. They will be taken to Russia for treatment and rehabilitation.
