New details emerge in 'Crocus City Hall' terror attack

New details have emerged in the investigation materials related to the terrorist attack at the “Crocus City Hall” concert venue.

Axar.az reports that TASS has released information on this matter.

According to the agency, the terrorists brought the weapons used during the attack from Dagestan.

The investigation materials state that the criminals premeditatedly prepared a special hidden storage place inside a Mitsubishi car, where they placed firearms and bullets. The driver of the vehicle, Shahramjan Gadoyev, traveled to Moscow with the weapons. Later, Shamsiddin Fariduni and Dalerjan Mirzayev designated a location in a forest area near Moscow for the delivery of the weapons.

On March 21, 2024, one of the perpetrators, Shamsiddin Fariduni, came to that area on Dmitrov highway and received from Gadoyev 3 Kalashnikov rifles, 1 Makarov pistol, and 1,381 bullets. The weapons were loaded into a Renault car and taken to a rented apartment in the village of Putilkovo, Krasnogorsk district, and were used during the terrorist attack.

It should be noted that the terrorist attack at “Crocus City Hall” resulted in the deaths of 149 people. After the attack, four perpetrators – Makhammadsabir Fayzov, Dalerjan Mirzayev, Saidekrami Rajabalizade, and Shamsiddin Fariduni – tried to flee to Ukraine. They were detained in the Bryansk region and brought to Moscow.
