NASA begins SLS rocket tests for Artemis 2 mission

NASA has begun testing the SLS rocket that will carry four astronauts to the surface of the Moon.

Axar.az reports that, after an approximately 50-year hiatus, humanity will once again set foot on the Moon under the Artemis 2 project.

According to the plan, the crew is scheduled to depart for Earth’s natural satellite on February 6. Until then, the rocket will undergo various tests.

The tests are being conducted with the participation of the astronauts. Three of them are US citizens, while one is a Canadian national.
