Dry weather is expected to prevail in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula on August 9.
Axar.az reports according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, a northwesterly wind is expected to blow, occasionally strengthening.
Temperatures will range from 23–27°C at night and 32–36°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be below normal at 759 mmHg, and relative humidity will be 70–75% at night and 45–50% during the day.
In other regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is also expected to remain mostly dry. However, short-term rain, thunderstorms, and possible hail are expected in some mountainous areas during the day, with fog likely at night and in the early morning. Eastern winds may occasionally strengthen in some areas.
Temperatures will be between 22–26°C at night and 33–38°C during the day, while in mountainous areas it will be 15–20°C at night and 23–28°C during the day.
