Currently, a northwest wind is blowing in a number of areas. The maximum wind speed is 19 m/s in Shahdag and Goranboy, 18 in Naftalan, 17 in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, and 16 m/s in Mingachevir and Yardimli.

The snow depth is 21 cm in Gadabay, 14 cm in Alibay (Zagatala), 11 cm in Dashkesan, 8 cm in Kalbajar, 7 cm in Gryz, 6 cm in Shahdag, 5 cm in Goygol, Saribas (Gakh) and Sharur, 4 cm in Khaltan and Khinalig, 3 cm in Gusar and Guba, 2 cm in Shabran, 1 cm in Sadarak, Khachmaz, Shahbuz, Sheki (Kishchay), Lachin, and Gubadli.

The amount of precipitation is 2 mm in Balakan and Zagatala, 1 mm in Barda, Tovuz, Shamkir, Jojugmarjanli (Jabrail), and Nakhchivan.

Fog is observed in Balakan, Sharur, Dashkesan, Goygol, Shamkir, Saribas (Gakh), Guba, Gusar, Griz, Goychay, Kurdamir, Jafarkhan, Hajigabul, and Lerik. Visibility is limited to 500 meters.

Temperatures up to 6 degrees Celsius were recorded in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, while frosts up to 1 degree Celsius were recorded in the Aran regions and Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and up to 7 degrees Celsius in the mountainous regions.
