Baku and Abu Dhabi become sister cities -

On February 11, a memorandum of understanding on establishing sister-city relations was signed between Baku and Abu Dhabi.

Axar.az informs according to the Baku City Executive Authority (BSİH), the memorandum was signed during the visit of a UAE delegation led by Mohammed Ali Al-Shorafa, Chairman of Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport.

The delegation met with BSİH head Eldar Azizov, who noted that the strong friendship and cooperation between the two countries today is the result of the efforts of their respective leaders.
