The National Hydrometeorology Service has released the weather forecast for February 23.

Axar.az reports that in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the day is expected to be partly cloudy to occasionally overcast, with mostly dry conditions.

Some suburban areas may experience light drizzle during the night of February 22–23. A mild northwest wind will blow, and temperatures are expected to range from 3–5°C at night to 7–11°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 761 mmHg to 764 mmHg, with relative humidity between 70–80%.

Across other regions of Azerbaijan, occasional rain is forecast in some areas, with rainfall possibly intensifying in the evening and at night.

Snow is likely in the mountainous regions, while precipitation may ease during daytime hours. Fog may form at night and in the morning in some locations. A mild west wind is expected, with temperatures in lowland areas ranging from 4–7°C at night to 10–15°C during the day, and in mountainous areas from 0–4°C at night to 3–8°C during the day.
