Pakistani diplomat evacuated from Iran via Azerbaijan -

Nadeem Basit Khan, an employee of the Embassy of Pakistan in Tehran, was evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan through the Astara state border checkpoint.

Axar.az informs, citing APА, the diplomat told journalists that he had also been to Azerbaijan last year: “The Azerbaijani people are very wonderful people. I was here in June last year as well.”

In addition, citizens of Azerbaijan and Russia were also safely evacuated from Iran through the Azerbaijan border.
