The warehouse fire in the Lokbatan settlement of Baku’s Qaradagh district has been confirmed to have occurred at a facility belonging to Kontakt Home.

Axar.az reports that the company shared information on its social media accounts, stating that the fire broke out in one of its storage facilities.

“We want to emphasize that no one was harmed and all personnel on site are safe. Due to the situation, some delays in deliveries may occur. Further updates will be provided. Thank you for your understanding and trust,” the statement said.

Earlier today, a major fire broke out in a warehouse in Lökbatan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations deployed 182 personnel, 40 pieces of special equipment, and 2 helicopters.

The fire was prevented from spreading further and brought under partial control, while full extinguishing operations are still ongoing.
