Rain and thunderstorms expected tomorrow

Partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on May 23, with occasional overcast skies and mainly dry conditions.

Axar.az reports that according to the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan, light short-term rain is possible in some areas during the day. Northwesterly winds will shift to southeasterly by daytime.

Temperatures in Baku and Absheron are expected to range between 15-19°C at night and 22-27°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 763 mm Hg, while relative humidity will be 70-75% at night and 55-65% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent rainfall is expected in some areas. Heavy showers, thunderstorms, and hail are possible in isolated locations, while snow may fall in high mountainous areas. Fog is also expected in some places during the night and morning hours. Moderate westerly winds will blow.

Temperatures in the regions will range from 14-17°C at night to 23-28°C during the day, while mountainous areas will see temperatures of 3-8°C at night and 12-17°C during the day, reaching 20-23°C in some places.
