During the discussions, attention was drawn to the destruction inflicted on the regions during the period of occupation, as well as the consequences of the policies of urbicide and ecocide. Information was provided on the devastation caused to residential settlements, historical, cultural and religious monuments, and the natural environment.

It was noted that the projects implemented in the region are being carried out in accordance with the “smart city” and “smart village” concepts. Extensive measures are being taken to establish sustainable infrastructure in new settlements, apply green energy solutions, introduce digital management systems, construct social facilities, and ensure comfortable living conditions for residents.
The speakers also emphasized that projects related to education, healthcare, transport, public utilities, and other areas of social infrastructure are underway, and that ensuring the safe and dignified return of former internally displaced persons (IDPs) to their native lands remains one of the top priorities.
