9 families return to villages in Khojaly district -

Another phase of resettlement to the Khojaly district took place on May 26.

Axar.az reports, citing the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, that a total of nine families comprising 29 people returned to five villages in the district.

Residents participating in the relocation were presented with the keys to their new homes.

As part of the process, nine people from two families moved to Khanabad village, four people from two families to Badara village, one person from one family to Ballica village, three people from one family to Tazabina village, and 12 people from three families to Khanyurdu village.

The residents have settled into fully restored homes equipped with modern infrastructure. The relocated families expressed satisfaction with the conditions created by the state and shared their joy at returning to their native lands.
