Simonyan explains absence from Baku forum

Sadly, due to the pre-election campaign, I declined to participate in the forum’s work.

Axar.az informs that Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan said this while explaining why he did not attend the WUF13 forum held in Baku.

"If invited and at a suitable opportunity, I will visit the neighboring country [i.e. Azerbaijan]," he added.
