Azerbaijan’s State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) received a UN Public Service Award for its project “Inclusive and Equal Social Security Services for All” at the United Nations Public Service Forum held in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Axar.az reports that on June 25, the award was presented to Zaka Mirzayev, Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund.

The fund received the award in recognition of its innovative reforms in the field of social protection, particularly the proactive assignment of social benefits, its citizen-centered service model built on digital technologies, and its significant achievements in improving the accessibility, efficiency, transparency, and inclusiveness of social services.

The award recognizes excellence in the delivery of public services. Its purpose is to honor and promote the innovative achievements and contributions of public institutions around the world.
