Temperatures in Azerbaijan are expected to reach 39°C on July 23.

Axar.az reports, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service, sunny weather is forecast for Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, with southeasterly winds.

Temperatures in Baku are expected to range from 22–25°C at night to 31–36°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will fall from 757 mmHg to 754 mmHg, while relative humidity will range from 70–75% at night to 45–50% during the day.

Elsewhere in Azerbaijan, conditions will be mostly dry. However, short-lived rain, thunderstorms, and hail are possible in some mountainous areas during the day, with occasional fog also expected. Moderate easterly winds will prevail.

Temperatures across the regions will range from 22–26°C at night to 35–39°C during the day, while mountainous areas will see 13–18°C at night and 24–29°C during the day.
