Armenia and Iran discuss second Aras River bridge

Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan, who is on a visit to Iran, has met with Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development Farzaneh Sadegh.

Axar.az reports, citing Armenian media, that the two sides discussed the construction of a second bridge over the Aras River.

The parties agreed that the project would increase transport capacity between the two countries and contribute to the further development of economic cooperation, the statement said.
