Sunny weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on August 9, with southeast winds.

Axar.az reports that according to the National Hydrometeorological Service, temperatures will be 22–26°C at night and 34–39°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 756 mmHg, while relative humidity will be 70–75% at night and 45–50% during the day.

In Azerbaijan’s regions, mostly dry weather is expected, although intermittent rain is forecast in some areas during the daytime, beginning in mountainous areas. Brief thunderstorms and hail are possible in some locations. Fog is also expected intermittently in some mountainous areas at night and in the morning. Moderate easterly winds will prevail.

Temperatures will be 22–27°C at night and 35–39°C during the day, reaching 40°C in some areas. In the mountains, temperatures will be 15–20°C at night and 25–30°C during the day.
