Azerbaijan honors martyrs with minute of silence

Azerbaijan observed a minute of silence today in memory of all martyrs who fought heroically in the Patriotic War and sacrificed their lives for the country’s territorial integrity.

Axar.az reports that traffic and pedestrian movement were halted across the country during the tribute.

At the same time, vehicles sounded their horns, while ships and trains sounded their whistles.
