Azerbaijan, UK sign four cooperation documents

Four documents covering cooperation in green energy, transport connectivity and urban mobility, as well as the protocol of the eighth meeting of the Azerbaijan-UK Joint Intergovernmental Commission, have been signed.

Axar.az reports that the documents were signed by Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and Lord Anas Sarwar, UK Minister of State for Trade at the Department for Business and Trade.

The documents include a Memorandum of Understanding between Xlinks and the Green Corridor Alliance, a roadmap between UK Export Finance (UKEF) and Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, as well as cooperation agreements with relevant British institutions and companies in transport, education and other areas.
