International delegation concludes Karabakh trip in Jabrayil

Jabrayil district was the final destination of an international group of travelers visiting Karabakh and East Zangezur, led by Charles Veley, founder of the world-famous Most Traveled People club.

Axar.az reports that the travelers visited the village of Yarahmadli, where they observed mine clearance operations carried out by the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA).

They were briefed on landmine contamination, the consequences of the threat posed by mines, and the mine clearance process.

During the visit, mines discovered in the area were detonated and neutralized.

It should be noted that the group, comprising around 40 people from 13 countries, is the 17th delegation from international travel clubs to visit Karabakh and East Zangezur between 2021 and 2026.
