There are no agreements on enclaves and exclaves, but discussions are underway on exchanging Tigranashen (Karki) for Artsvashen (Bashkend). This is possible, but within the territorial limits allocated to Armenia, Armenian Security Council Secretary Alen Simonyan said in a conversation with journalists on October 16.

Axar.az reports that Simonyan stated that t the same time, Artsvashen is slightly smaller than the three Azerbaijani enclaves from the Soviet era that are currently located in Armenia combined.

Simonyan assured that no Armenian territory had been ceded and that none would be ceded.
