Rain and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula overnight and in the morning on October 23.

Axar.az reports, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service, that the weather is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly dry. Northeasterly winds are forecast.

Temperatures will range from 15°C to 17°C at night and 19°C to 21°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 767 mm of mercury, while relative humidity will be 65–75%.

Intermittent rain is expected in some parts of Azerbaijan. In certain areas, rainfall may be heavy or intense, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail. Snow is possible in high mountain areas. Precipitation will gradually stop in western regions by evening. Fog is expected in some areas overnight and in the morning. Easterly winds will prevail.

Temperatures will range from 14°C to 17°C at night and 19°C to 24°C during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will be 5°C to 9°C at night and 10°C to 15°C during the day.
