Rain is expected in some parts of Azerbaijan on October 24.

Axar.az reports, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service, weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to be partly cloudy, with occasional cloud cover and mostly dry conditions. However, rain is possible in some areas during the night and morning. Northeasterly winds are expected.

Temperatures in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will range from 15–17°C at night to 19–22°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 766 mm of mercury, while relative humidity will range from 65% to 75%.

Intermittent rain is expected in some regions of Azerbaijan. In certain areas, precipitation may be heavy and intense, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail. Snow is possible in high mountainous areas. Fog is expected in some places during the night and morning. Moderate easterly winds will prevail.

Temperatures in the regions will range from 13–17°C at night to 18–22°C during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will range from 5–9°C at night to 9–14°C during the day.
