On October 29, changeable cloudiness is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, with occasional overcast conditions.

Axar.az reports, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service, that intermittent drizzle is possible in some areas during the first half of the day. Northeasterly and easterly winds are expected.

Nighttime temperatures will be 13–15°C, while daytime temperatures will reach 15–17°C. Atmospheric pressure will be 767 mmHg, and relative humidity will range from 65% to 75%.

Rain is expected in some parts of Azerbaijan, with locally heavy showers, thunderstorms and hail possible. Snow is also possible in high mountainous areas, while occasional fog is expected in some locations. Moderate easterly winds will prevail.

Nighttime temperatures will be 12–16°C and daytime temperatures 17–20°C. In mountainous areas, temperatures will range from 0–5°C at night and 5–9°C during the day.
