Partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on October 30, with occasional cloud cover and mostly dry conditions.

Axar.az reports, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service, that light rain is possible in some areas overnight and in the morning. Northeasterly winds will shift to southeasterly winds during the day.

Nighttime temperatures will range from 12°C to 14°C, while daytime temperatures will reach 16°C to 19°C. Atmospheric pressure will be 766 mm of mercury, and relative humidity will be 65-75%.

Intermittent rain is expected in some regions of Azerbaijan. Brief periods of heavy rain, thunderstorms and hail are possible in isolated areas, while snow may fall in high mountainous areas. Fog is also expected in some places. Moderate easterly winds will prevail.

Temperatures in the regions will range from 11°C to 14°C at night and 16°C to 19°C during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will range from 0°C to 5°C at night and 5°C to 9°C during the day.
