New appointments from Ramil Usubov

New appointments have been made in the internal affairs bodies of Azerbaijan.

Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov signed relevant orders in this regard.

According to the orders, Akif Nazarli, deputy chief on operation of the Surakhani district police office, was sent into retirement due to age limit. No appointment has yet been made to his post.

Moreover, chief of police station #33 of Surakhani District Police Office Samir Gurbanov resigned.

Chief of police station #30 of Surakhani District Police Office Tunjay Abbasov was dismissed from his post and appointed to the post of chief of the police station #33, and Chief of Mehdiabad police station of Absheron District Police Office Eldar Gazibayov was dismissed from his post and was appointed to the post of chief of the police station #30.

No appointment has been made to E.Gazibayov’s post yet.

Note that, Nazarli, who was sent into retirement, was shot by repeat offender Gulagha Latifov in front of his house in February 2014. The deputy chief, who received long-term treatment, was sent into retirement a year later.

Tunjay Abbasov who was appointed to the post of chief of the police station #33 is son of MP Agil Abbasov.
