In Baku and Absheron peninsula,

On February 3,the weather will be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy and mainly rainless. North-east wind will blow.The temperature will be 2-6 degrees of frost at night, +3-6˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, 0-2 degrees of frost at night, +3-5˚C in the daytime in Baku. Air pressure records 767. Relative humidity will be 75-85%. The roads will be icy.

In the regions of Azerbaijan

On February 3, the weather will be rainless. It will be foggy in some places. West wind will blow. The temperature will be 3-8degrees of frost at night, +2-6˚C in daytime, 10-15 degrees of frost in mountains at night,-2+3 ˚C in daytime. The roads will be icy.

Medical-meteorological forecast

On February 3 and 4, temperature regime close to normal and oxygen-rich weather conditions in Absheron peninsula will be favorable for weather-sensitive people.
