Azerbaijani Parliament’s Committee on Labor and Social Policy on Tuesday discussed a draft amendment proposed to the Law “On Education”.

Article 1.0.55 (Education services) is added to the main concepts part of the amendment.

According to the proposed amendment, education services includes assessment of education quality by the concerned executive authority, knowledge assessment services for student admission, registered and licensed educational enterprises offering pre-school, general, vocational, secondary, higher as well as extra education, preparation for international subject Olympiads, etc.

The proposed amendment will be tabled in the parliament’s upcoming plenary meeting.
