Earthquake hits Caspian Sea

An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale hit the Caspian Sea on December 17.

Axar.az reports to the Republican Seismological Service Center at the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, underground tires were recorded at 14: 03:39 local time.

The earthquake, which was 44 kilometers deep, was felt in the nearby residential areas up to three times.
