President hopes Notre-Dame Cathedral to be restored

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed hope that Notre-Dame Cathedral will soon be restored and returned to mankind.

Axar.az reports on April 16 that “I was deeply saddened by the fire at the Notre-Dame Cathedral – one of the gems of the cultural heritage of France and the world,” President Aliyev tweeted. “I hope the monument will soon be restored and returned to mankind.”
