Putin awarded Mehriban Aliyeva -

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva.

Axar.az informs that, Russian President awarded Mehriban Aliyeva with "Friendship" order for services in strengthening relations between the two countries.

Putin said during the meeting that Mehriban Aliyeva is one of the highest-ranking officials in Azerbaijan. In her turn, Mehriban Aliyeva said that awarding her was a great honor.
