Axar.az reports citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that the weather would be mainly dry in Greater and Lesser Caucasus. However, rain is predicted on Jan 18 evening and Jan 19, snow in some areas. Fog will be observed in some places. Temperatures will vary from -3C to +2C at night and +5+9 C in the daytime. Roads will be icy.

Occasional rain is predicted in the Lankaran-Astara region, with snow in mountainous areas. Some places may see fog, while the air temperature will be +1+4 C at night and +5+8 C in the daytime. The temperature will be 0-4 degrees of frost at night, and +2+4 in the afternoon.

The weather will be mainly rainless in the Gazakh-Ganja zone. Precipitation is predicted on Jan 19 in some places with fog in some areas in the morning. Air temperatures will vary from -3 degrees of frost to +2 C at night and +6+10 C in the daytime.

Snow is expected in Nakhchivan AR at times with fog in some places. The temperature will be -3 -8 C at night, -10 -14 degrees in the mountains at night, and 0+5 C in the daytime.

It may rain in some parts of the capital city tomorrow. Strong northwest winds will blow throughout the day and will die down on Jan 19 during the day. The temperature will be +2 +4 C at night and +7 +9 C in the daytime.
