257 new coronavirus infections were registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, 202 people were treated and released.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Three people, born in 1948, 1953 and 1957, who tested positive for COVID-19, passed away. So far, 5246 people have been infected with coronavirus in our country, 3327 of them have been treated, 61 have died, 1858 people are being treated in special hospitals. Of these, 58 are in critical condition, 68 are in moderate condition, and the health of others is stable. During the past period, 294,264 tests were conducted to identify new cases of infection.
