In order to reduce the burden on the ambulance, COVID patients were monitored at home and treated with mild symptoms.

Axar.az informs that, the statement came from Health Ministry Chief of Staff Nadir Zeynalov at a briefing at the Operations Headquarters today.

"39 stations have been set up in the city polyclinics, and the number of appeals to them varies from 700 to 800. These appeals used to be given to the ambulance. We will not face delays in the ambulance service," he said.

Hikmet Hajiyev added that there is control over appeals in the ambulance:

"The decrease in the number of appeals shortens the response interval to them. Certain failures are inevitable during the special quarantine period. We try to eliminate even the smallest shortcomings."
