Georgian Airways to launch Tbilisi-Batumi flights

The air company Georgian Airways starts to launch regular Tbilisi-Batumi flights during the current tourist season.

Axar.az reports that, according to the company, Georgian Airways will operate flights till the end of September, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

The one-way ticket's price starts from 99 lari ($32.33).

Regular international flights will not resume in Georgia until August 31.

As reported, the restrictions are not applied to direct international flights to be carried out from Munich, Paris and Riga.

The regular flights Munich-Tbilisi-Munich resumed from August 2, and Paris-Tbilisi-Paris will be operated from August 8.

Furthermore, Georgia remains on the European Union's updated list of countries for which travel restrictions should be lifted.
