Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, who is on his official visit to Azerbaijan, has visited the Alley of Honor.

Yıldırım laid a wreath at the tomb of national leader Heydar Aliyev and paid a tribute to him.

He also commemorated a prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva and laid flowers on her tomb.

The Turkish Prime Minister also visited the Alley of Martyrs, who gave their lives for the country's independence and our lands, and laid a wreath to the Eternal Flame.

Then he laid a wreath to the Turkish memorial complex devoted to those brave Turkish soldiers, who fought for preventing the massacres committed by Armenian Dashnaks in 1918-1920.
