Karabakh statement from the UN Secretary General

The UN Secretary-General calls on the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to immediately cease hostilities, reduce tensions and return to talks.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the office of UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

"The UN Secretary General will keep in touch with the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in connection with the latest situation in Nagorno-Karabakh," the statement said.
