The Prosecutor General's Office issued an official statement on Armenia's attack on Barda.

Axar.az reports the prosecutor's office told that on October 28, 2020, at about 1 pm, 3 people were killed by enemy armed forces using cluster bombs, which are prohibited by international law, in the densely populated area of Barda and where trade facilities are located. Several people were killed and several civilian infrastructure and vehicles were damaged in the city.

At present, the prosecutor's office is working to clarify the list of victims, taking all possible investigative measures in the current situation.
